For solution:

• Apply a small amount of serum on to dry or wet scalp at night (suggested to be used at night, but can be used during the day)
• Gently massage serum for 1-2 minutes. Leave product in overnight and rinse out the next morning
• It is not necessary to rinse out the product since this is not a greasy formula
• It is typical to be used for at least 12 weeks to see results

For shampoo:

• Apply a sufficient amount of shampoo directly onto the hair after wetting it
• Massage the shampoo into wet hair, lather, then rinse
